Website hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit it, technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access may be processed to deliver and secure the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website.

Product analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the website is used and to improve it. PostHog may process page views, interactions, browser and device information, performance information and shortened or otherwise handled IP information. We use this information for aggregated product and website analysis and do not use it to sell advertising.

Google Calendar

The contact page includes Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When that page and the embedded calendar are loaded, your browser connects to Google. Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Information you enter while booking is processed by Google and YardWork to arrange the requested appointment.

When you contact us

If you send us a message or book a call, we process the information you provide so that we can respond and take steps you requested before a possible engagement. We retain enquiries only for as long as needed for the conversation and any applicable legal obligations.

International processing

Vercel, PostHog and Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by the safeguards provided in the relevant service agreements, such as an adequacy framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
