Which AI platform is GDPR compliant?
None is compliant on its own. The GDPR applies to how your business uses a tool, so the same tool can be fine for one team and wrong for another.
What you can check is the vendor's side: whether it trains on what you put in, where it stores it, whether it signs a processing agreement and who else handles the data. That is what this dataset answers, plan by plan.
Can you protect your data when using AI tools?
Yes, mostly by choosing the right plan and settings. Business plans usually stop the training and include a DPA; free and personal plans usually don't. Where training is on by default, an admin can often switch it off: each tool page says where.
